Eligibility
- ANM / GNM / B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid Nursing Council Registration.
- Good clinical knowledge and a patient-centric approach.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and promptly report any changes in condition to the treating doctor.
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergency situations.
- Maintain accurate nursing records and patient documentation.
- Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and post-discharge care.
- Follow infection control protocols, patient safety guidelines, and hospital policies.
- Coordinate effectively with consultants, nursing supervisors, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of medical equipment within the assigned department.
