Job Title: Presales Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with HR professionals, business owners and decision-makers.
- Qualify prospects by understanding their HR and payroll requirements.
- Schedule product demonstrations for the Sales team.
- Conduct initial product introductions and explain key HRMS features.
- Maintain and update lead data in the CRM system.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture leads until handover to the Sales team.
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to achieve monthly lead generation targets.
- Stay updated on HRMS trends and competitor offerings.

Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong lead generation and prospecting abilities.
- Confidence in cold calling and client interactions.
- Basic understanding of HRMS and HR processes is preferred.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools and MS Office is an advantage.
- Self-motivated,

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in a sales role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
