As an Architecture Sales Specialist, you will serve as the trusted technical and business advisor for your architecture, partnering with account teams to help customers solve complex business challenges through Cisco's technology portfolio.
You will work closely with customers, account teams, solution engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to develop architecture strategies, shape customer opportunities, and position Cisco as a strategic partner. By combining deep technical expertise with business and industry knowledge, you will influence customer technology decisions, differentiate Cisco from the competition, and accelerate business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives and Solution Engineers to develop and execute architecture strategies for strategic customer accounts.
- Lead customer discovery sessions to understand business priorities, technical challenges, and digital transformation objectives.
- Position Cisco's architecture solutions by aligning technology capabilities with customer business outcomes.
- Influence technical and business decision-makers, including IT leaders, Line of Business stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Develop compelling solution strategies, business cases, and technical proposals that demonstrate measurable customer value.
- Lead Proof of Concept (PoC) and Proof of Value (PoV) engagements to validate Cisco solutions and accelerate customer adoption.
- Collaborate across Cisco's portfolio teams to develop integrated solutions that address customer requirements across multiple architectures.
- Build architecture-specific account plans and contribute to long-term customer technology roadmaps.
- Support complex sales opportunities through technical strategy, solution design, forecasting, and commercial planning.
- Provide customer feedback and market insights to product and engineering teams to influence future product innovation.
