Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product development — from ideation to deployment.
- Design and build scalable client-side and server-side architectures.
- Develop responsive and interactive front-end interfaces using contemporary frameworks.
- Implement and manage databases, APIs, and backend systems for performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and cross-functional teams to integrate intelligent

solutions.
- Ensure code quality, testing, debugging, and security compliance across all systems.
- Provide technical mentorship to the development team and enforce best coding practices.
- Contribute to documentation, architecture reviews, and continuous product improvement.

Qualifications Experience




- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, or a related field.
- 8-12 years of experience in full stack software development.
- Proven experience leading development teams for at least 4 years.
- Strong command of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, Bootstrap).
- Proficiency in back-end languages and frameworks (Python, Node.js, Java, Django, J2EE).
