About the CEO and Co-Founder:
Ahana Gautam is an experienced operator with a passion to build and grow the biggest consumer brands in India. She has a B.Tech from IIT Bombay and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She started her career at P&G; where she worked across multiple functions - supply chain, finance and marketing. Ahana grew her passion for food brands at General Mills in the US where she launched natural and organic products.
Store Keeper Responsibilities:
- Keeping a record of Material issues and restocking the store accordingly.
- Managing and training store staff.
- Ensuring that the store is kept clean and organized.
- Mediating any confrontations between staff and de-escalating the situation.
Store Keeper Requirements:
- Must be organized and punctual.
- Well-presented and qualified.
- A high school qualification or equivalent.
- Prior experience in retail, preferably in a management position, would be advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mumbai - 400078, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
