About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media, YouTube, marketing campaigns, and internal use
- Design motion graphics, animations, and visual effects using After Effects
- Create static graphics, banners, social media creatives, and marketing collateral using Photoshop and Illustrator
- Collaborate with the marketing and content team to conceptualize video ideas, storyboards, and scripts
- Add music, sound effects, voiceovers, subtitles, and color grading to enhance video quality
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and visual identity
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Stay updated with the latest video/design trends, formats, and tools (Reels, Shorts, etc.)
- Organize and maintain a structured library of raw footage, project files, and final assets

Required Skills:




- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (video editing, transitions, color correction)
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects (motion graphics, animation, VFX)
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (photo editing, compositing, retouching)
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (vector graphics, logo/icon design)
- Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition
- Basic knowledge of sound design and audio syncing
- Understanding of formats/specs for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)

Good to Have
- Knowledge of Canva for quick turnaround creatives
- Basic DaVinci Resolve or color grading knowledge
- Familiarity with CapCut or mobile editing tools for short-form content
- Photography or videography (shooting) skills
- Basic 2D/3D animation knowledge (Blender, Cinema 4D — optional)
- Experience with AI creative tools (image/video generation) is a plus
