Qualification
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and industrial equipment
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office will be an added advantage
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintenance and repair of plant machinery and equipment.
- Monitor machine performance and report abnormalities.
- Support preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
- Conduct routine inspections of mechanical systems, pumps, motors, conveyors, and utilities.
- Maintain maintenance records and daily reports.
- Coordinate with production teams to minimize machine downtime.
- Follow safety standards, plant regulations, and quality procedures.
- Assist in installation and commissioning of new equipment.
- Support root cause analysis for equipment failures and breakdowns.
- Participate in continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
