Job Description
- Identify Children With Special Needs (CWSN) in project areas
- Prepare and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEP)
- Provide remedial and inclusive education support to children
- Conduct regular assessment and track progress of children
- Support school teachers in inclusive classroom practices
- Organize awareness sessions for parents and community
- Provide counseling support to parents/guardians
- Maintain records, case studies, and progress reports
- Coordinate with government schools and relevant departments
- Ensure inclusion of children in mainstream education system

Skills




- Understanding of various disabilities (LD, ID, ASD, ADHD, etc.)
- Ability to develop and implement IEPs
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and sensitivity towards children
- Skills in behavior management and remedial teaching
- Ability to work with community and stakeholders
- Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel
- Willingness to travel in rural areas
