Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain service records and documentation accurately.
- Ensure all service processes are followed as per company standards.
- Support daily service center operations and meet organizational requirements.
- Coordinate effectively with technicians and customers.
- Assist in planning and monitoring service activities.
- Maintain proper communication between the service team and customers.
- Prepare reports using MS Exceland MS Office.:
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Support the Service Manager in achieving departmental goals.
Required Skills:
- Valuable communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Strong customer handling and communication abilities.
- Good coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.:
- Ability to work in a team and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and problem-solving mindset.
Qualifications:
- ITI/ B.E./B.Techin Mechanical Engineering or Diplomain Mechanical Engineering.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of automobile service operations will be an added advantage.

- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
