Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, laboratories, corporate clients, and healthcare professionals.
- Promote Trax Diagnostics' laboratory services, preventive health check packages, and specialized diagnostic solutions.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.




- Prepare daily activity reports and sales performance reports.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
- Represent the company at healthcare events, conferences, and promotional activities.

Required Qualifications
- 1-5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
- Robust negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license is preferred.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in the Diagnostics, Healthcare, Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical, or Hospital industry.
- Existing network with doctors, hospitals, clinics, or corporate healthcare clients.
- Knowledge of B2B sales and healthcare marketing.
