Sales Executive - Printing Services (Educational & Commercial

About the role

You will drive sales of our printing services across three segments: schools, colleges and educational institutions; corporate and commercial clients; and repeat B2B print buyers. Your job is to bring in orders, build long-term institutional relationships, and act as the bridge between the client and our production team.

Key responsibilities
- Generate and close sales of printing services — offset and digital — for schools, colleges, coaching institutes, corporates and commercial clients.
- Handle the full education-printing basket: school diaries, notebooks, calendars, prospectuses, magazines, question papers, certificates, ID cards, brochures and event printing.
- Handle commercial work: brochures, catalogues, visiting cards, letterheads, boxes and packaging, flex and banners, danglers, and bulk offset jobs.




- Read a client’s requirement and translate it into the right print spec — paper type and GSM, size, colours, binding and finishing — and prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations.
- Coordinate between the client and the pre-press/production team so that artwork, proofs and delivery timelines are met without errors.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of educational institutions on an annual buying cycle (admission season, exam season, year-end).
- Follow up on payments and maintain healthy client accounts.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets, and report on pipeline and conversions.

Required experience & skills
- 2-5 years of hands-on sales experience in the printing industry — this is a firm requirement, not a preference. Applications without printing experience will not be considered.
