Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination & Management: Manage and oversee daily activities and tasks for multiple clients, ensuring the timely completion of deliverables. Monitor and maintain project workflows, deadlines, and results across various teams including Creative, Data Analytics, Tech, and Operations.
- Client Onboarding & Reporting: Create a seamless onboarding experience for current clients, ensuring that their needs are well understood and effectively communicated to the internal teams. Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and provide clients with regular updates through weekly, fortnightly, and monthly reports.
- Content Strategy & Social Media Management: Work closely with content and design teams to create and curate relevant content as per client requirements. Oversee the management and optimization of clients’ social media handles and contribute to content ideas and strategies that align with both the client’s and company’s objectives.
- Campaign Execution & Performance Monitoring:



Keep track of digital marketing strategies and ensure that campaigns are aligned with client goals. Continuously monitor the performance of ongoing campaigns and optimize as needed to achieve the desired outcomes.
- Client Growth & Upselling: Be proactive in identifying opportunities for account growth, including upselling additional services to clients. Collaborate with the team to deliver value-driven solutions that support both the client's needs and the agency's growth.
- Team Collaboration & Leadership: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of all client projects. Mentor and coach team members to improve their performance and meet departmental goals, ensuring high-quality work output.
