The Senior application support engineer will expand Group Functions IT support and enhance resource availability for end users and stakeholders’ group wide.
This role expands the capacity of Group Functions IT by providing stronger, more accessible support for key end users and business‑critical stakeholders.



It ensures stable operations of our most important Group‑wide financial applications—particularly Treasury and Financial Consolidation systems—while extending support availability for VIP users and high‑impact teams. The role strengthens service reliability across key platforms, including Microsoft workplace tools and core financial applications, ensuring users receive prompt, high‑quality assistance.
Responsibilities
Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
Provide quick, high-quality support for business-critical Group Functions applications, especially for VIP users and key stakeholders.
Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and service requests specifically for Group‑wide financial applications, including Treasury and Financial Close/Consolidation systems.
Log, categorize, and prioritize tickets in the ITSM tool (e.g., ServiceNow), ensuring rapid response for critical users.
Perform standard fixes and provide configuration and access guidance using runbooks.
Maintain clear communication with end users, prioritizing business‑critical functions and
