Job Description :
PivotRoots Havas CSA is looking for a Martech Specialist to support our Customer Lifecycle Marketing (CLM) initiatives by managing customer engagement platforms, enabling data-driven marketing, and executing personalized customer journeys across multiple channels. The role requires close collaboration with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Business teams to ensure accurate data tracking, audience segmentation, and campaign automation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize Customer Engagement Platforms (CleverTap, MoEngage, Braze, WebEngage, or similar).
Define campaign requirements and coordinate with Product and Engineering teams for event and user property implementations.
Validate event tracking, user attributes, and data flows to ensure data accuracy.
Create and manage audience segments, customer journeys, and automated lifecycle campaigns.
Execute campaigns across Push Notifications, In-App Messages, Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and Web channels.




Analyze campaign performance and recommend optimizations based on user behavior and business metrics.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable marketing solutions.
Troubleshoot campaign and data issues with internal teams and external partners.
Maintain campaign documentation and platform best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
2–5 years of experience in Martech, CRM, CLM, Growth Marketing, or Marketing Automation.
Hands-on experience with at least one CEP platform (CleverTap, MoEngage, Braze, WebEngage, etc.).
Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and campaign automation.
Experience working with events, user properties, audience segmentation, and journey orchestration.
Basic understanding of APIs, SDKs, attribution tools, and data integrations.
Comfortable working with SQL and Excel for campaign analysis and validation.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
