Main Purpose of the Job:-
The Sales Admin Analyst is responsible for executing end‑to‑end sales administration activities that support commercial operations, incentive management, payouts, and sales reporting. The role ensures accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of sales‑related operational outputs, enabling smooth order‑to‑cash execution and supporting Sales and Finance stakeholders.Sales Admin is a core O2C service line,



covering trade spend, incentives, payouts, MIS, and commercial calculations.

Key Responsibilities: List the main results which the job must deliver in order to achieve its purpose.
1. Execute Sales Admin operational activities across assigned markets or scopes2. Perform sales incentive, payout, and visibility calculations as per approved schemes3. Support trade spend accruals, reversals, and sales MIS preparation4. Ensure first‑time‑right delivery of Sales Admin outputs within defined SLAs4. Maintain compliance with approval workflows, controls, and documentation standards6. Coordinate with Sales, Finance, CFSC, and Info‑Desk teams for issue resolution7. Support audits, reconciliations, and month‑end activities

Key Experience/ Education/Skillset:
