The GPMO Project Coordinator/Project Manager provides leadership across the full lifecycle of IT and Product initiatives, guiding teams from robust project planning through to effective execution. The role ensures projects are delivered on schedule, at high quality, and in alignment with established business and technical objectives. In close partnership with Product Management and IT, the Project Manager serves as a key cross‑functional leader, aligning stakeholders, driving decisions, and orchestrating the work required to bring offerings successfully to market.
This role is measured on the consistent delivery of high‑quality, objective‑aligned outcomes. It demands disciplined, proactive communication, structured planning, and strong problem‑solving capabilities. Holds project team members accountable for their commitments, milestones, resources, and deliverables
Anticipates, identifies, documents, and manages key project risks, proposing appropriate mitigation and contingency plans and communicates in a timely manner to stakeholders and senior management
Identifies project dependencies and tracks and reports on their progress
Proposes workable solutions to problems by analysing business and technical trade-offs among alternatives, and uses objective judgment and influence to formulate and drive consensus on recommendations
