This role is part of Alcon's Quality & Regulatory Affairs function, a team that ensures our products are in compliance with global, local, and internal regulations and meet the strictest standards of quality as we help people see brilliantly.The Associate II, Quality Management Systems (QMS) (Skilled Path), is primarily responsible for handling complex tasks related to quality management systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. You will conduct quality audits, analyze data, and implement corrective actions while designing digital solutions, managing roadmaps, and leading product launches.

• Prepare and deliver user training and ensure compliance with Good Practice (GxP) requirements by strictly following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
