This role is part of Alcon's Quality & Regulatory Affairs function, a team that ensures our products are in compliance with global, local, and internal regulations and meet the strictest standards of quality as we help people see brilliantly. The Sr. Associate, Quality Management Systems (QMS) (Skilled Path) is primarily responsible for providing technical guidance on compliance, driving quality improvement projects, and managing document lifecycles. You will coordinate compliance activities, support operational systems, and ensure safety and regulatory adherence.

Specifics Include:




• Perform specialized tasks and conduct independent research to harmonize and standardize the Quality Management System at Alcon
• Interface and collaborate with sites globally and at all levels of the organization
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends, Health Authority, and Notified Body expectations
• Make decisions within the scope of assigned tasks, requiring advanced knowledge, analytical skills, and self-direction
• Adhere to GxP regulations by strictly following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining accurate and complete documentation, ensuring rigorous quality control, and completing all required training
• Meet individual job requirements and contribute to the overall compliance of the organization
• Support Quality Information Systems and Training programs for a robust and sustainable quality management system, including elements like Non-Conformance Investigation (NCI), Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA), C
