IAM Business Analyst to support enterprise-scale security initiatives within a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment. The role offers the chance to drive secure access and identity management solutions, partner closely with cross-functional teams, and influence IAM strategy, integrations, and process improvements using contemporary technologies including Okta, SAML, OAuth, OIDC.

Eliciting IAM needs from stakeholders to ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and business objectives.
Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement IAM solutions that meet business needs and security standards.




Participate in architectural discussions and design reviews to promote best practices.
Understand how IAM solutions integrate with various systems and APIs using standards like SAML, OAUTH, and SCIM.
Create and maintain essential documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), process flows, and visual aids.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Good understanding of COBIT standards.
