Role Summary
We are seeking a creative, business-oriented, and detail-oriented Executive Communications & Presentation Designer to drive impactful visual storytelling and executive communications across the organization.
This role combines presentation design, executive storytelling, multimedia content development, executive reporting, strategic communications, project support, and business enablement to create compelling content that informs, influences, and drives decision-making.
The successful candidate will partner closely with leadership, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts to transform complex business, operational, technology,



and strategic information into executive-ready presentations, reports, dashboards, videos, and communication assets.
The ideal candidate combines solid design capabilities with exceptional communication skills and a passion for simplifying complexity through powerful storytelling, visual design, and executive-level communications.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Presentation Development
Design and develop executive-level PowerPoint presentations for leadership reviews, customer engagements, business updates, strategic initiatives, and transformation programs.
Create board-ready and executive-ready materials for leadership forums, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), strategic planning sessions, executive meetings, customer presentations, and organizational updates.
Convert technical, business, operational, and strategic information into concise, visually compelling narratives.
