professionals to join our team.

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and highly organized Inside Sales Executive / Business Development

Executive to manage inbound sales enquiries, qualify leads, build customer relationships, and convert

prospects into customers through effective communication and follow-up.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking to customers, understands requirements quickly,





follows up consistently, and can convert enquiries into quotations and orders.

Key Responsibilities

1.Lead Management & Customer Engagement
- Follow up promptly on inbound leads received through Meta, Facebook, Instagram,

IndiaMART, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Engage with prospective customers to understand their requirements, use cases, quantity

requirements, location, and budget.
- Qualify leads and identify high-potential opportunities for conversion.

2.Sales Consultation & Product Presentation
- Share product catalogues, photos, videos, pricing, and relevant product information with

prospective customers.
- Explain product features, benefits, and value propositions, including durability, sustainability,

outdoor performance, and low maintenance.
- Build customer confidence through skilled communication and timely responses.

3.Sales Conversion & Follow-Up
- Maintain regular follow-ups thro
