Job Overview:
The Pre-Primary Teacher will be responsible for nurturing the social, emotional, intellectual, and physical development of young children. The role involves creating an engaging learning environment through play-based and activity-oriented teaching methods.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
- Create a safe, caring, and stimulating classroom setting.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
- Use creative teaching methods to support early literacy, numeracy, and motor skills.
- Assess and document children’s progress and share feedback with parents.
- Encourage good manners, discipline, and social interaction among students.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and training programs.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education / NTT / Montessori / ECCE or equivalent.
- Experience or certification in the Cambridge Early years Programme preferred.
- Minimum experience of 1-3 years in pre-primary or kindergarten teaching preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and passion for early childhood education.
- Classroom management and child observation skills.
