The Relationship Manager - Secured Direct will be responsible for managing a portfolio of secured direct lending clients, fostering solid relationships, and identifying new business opportunities to drive growth and profitability for the company.

* Proactively identify and acquire new secured direct lending clients through various channels, including referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
* Conduct thorough financial analysis and due diligence on prospective and existing clients to assess creditworthiness and identify potential risks.
* Structure and negotiate complex secured lending deals, ensuring adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk appetite.
* Monitor client portfolios, track performance, and proactively address any issues or opportunities.
* Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including credit, legal, and operations,



to ensure seamless client service and efficient deal execution.
* Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes within the secured direct lending space.
* Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for management on portfolio performance, pipeline, and market insights.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. MBA or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA) preferred.
