Role Description This is a full-time, in office role for a Business Development Manager - IT, based in Mumbai. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting Logic Systech’s IT solutions and services. The Business Development Manager will conduct market research, generate and qualify leads, prepare proposals and presentations, and participate in client meetings and negotiations. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with technical and delivery teams to align solutions with client needs, managing the sales pipeline, tracking key performance metrics, and providing regular reporting to leadership. The role also includes contributing to go-to-market strategies, attending industry events, and supporting long-term account growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in IT sales, business development, lead generation, and account management.
- Experience in promoting IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and managed services.




- Ability to conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify new business opportunities.
- Proficiency in preparing proposals, presentations, and commercial offers, with solid negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Familiarity with consultative selling, solution-based sales, and working closely with technical teams.
- Proven experience in B2B IT services or IT consulting; prior exposure to enterprise clients is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple opportunities and meet targets.
