We are looking for an experienced Release Engineer to oversee the release lifecycle across our B2B and OMS product lines. You will serve as the central point of contact for development, product, QE, UX, CX teams,



ensuring that our software shipping process is predictable, transparent, and cooperative. This is a strategic role focused on orchestrating complex release cycles, managing quality gates, and ensuring cross-functional alignment. You will be the "air traffic controller" for our releases, ensuring that organizational dependencies are managed and that stakeholders are informed and aligned on every milestone.
What You'll Own
Release Governance & Scheduling: Own the end-to-end release calendar for B2B and OMS. Plan milestones, track progress, and facilitate production readiness meetings to ensure every release is prepared for launch.
Cross-Functional Orchestration: Partner with platform, QE, and product leadership to manage dependencies, resolve scheduling conflicts, and remove blockers before they impact the timeline.
Branching, versioning, and cut strategy: Manage and define the release trains, hotfix paths.
