Job Summary
We are looking for experienced Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive professionals with strong Project Sales experience in Waterproofing Solutions to drive sales and develop new project business across Delhi NCR.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on sales experience specifically in the Waterproofing Industry and a strong network among builders, contractors, architects, consultants and project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Drive project sales of waterproofing solutions across Delhi NCR.
Identify and generate new waterproofing project opportunities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, architects, consultants, applicators and project stakeholders.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, site visits and enquiry to negotiation and closure.




Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain a healthy project sales pipeline.
Conduct regular site visits to understand waterproofing requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Coordinate with technical/application teams for product demonstrations, technical support and project requirements.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.
Track ongoing and upcoming construction projects to identify new waterproofing opportunities.

Requirements
2–6 years of core sales experience in the Waterproofing Industry / Waterproofing Construction Chemicals.
Robust Project Sales experience is mandatory.
Candidates must come specifically from the Waterproofing Industry.
Candidates from Retail Sales / Channel Sales / Distributor Sales will not be considered.
Experience selling Waterproofing Chemicals / Waterproofing Systems / Construction Waterproofing Solutions.
Strong understanding of project-based waterproofing sales.
