A Day in the Life
We are seeking an experienced, tech savvy Business Analyst with broad expertise in automation capabilities such as Artificial Intelligence (AI/ML), Intelligent Process Automation (IPA), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Process Mining and no-code automation to join our Hyperautomation team. As a Business Analyst you will play a pivotal role in driving ideation, shaping the demand, ensuring our business creates tangible value from leveraging Hyperautomation and AI.

Engage with business leaders to create a shared understanding of how Hyperautomation, AI can enable them to improve efficiencies and add value.
Collaborates with business stakeholder managers, business and IT leaders to create a multi-year roadmap to solve business challenges through Hyperautomation.
Drives creation and management of a pipeline of high value automation opportunities.
Drive reusability of delivered solutions.
Collaborate closely with Hyperautomation Enterprise and Solution architects to select the right platforms and tools to solve for the use case within our guidelines and standards, driving re-use of investments, building on capabilities.
Work with key stakeholders to ideate and refine use cases to automate business processes.
Co-create with the stakeholders the lean business case, analyze the current process, define the problem, scope, value and potential improvements and the to-be process.
