Join Nike’s India Technology Center (ITC) as Director of Product Management for the Consumer Product & Innovation (CP&I;) team. CP&I; is the technology powerhouse behind Nike’s product creation, merchandising, design, and innovation, driving digital transformation across Footwear, Apparel, and Accessories. In this role, you will lead a team of Product Managers, reporting to the Senior Director of Product Management, and collaborate with global partners across Nike’s tech ecosystem to align roadmaps and capabilities. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and GT leadership, fostering trust and alignment across business units while shaping the future of sport and technology.

Key Qualifications:
15+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing product teams.
Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale digital products, ideally in consumer, retail, footwear, or apparel domains.
Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, agile methodologies, and stakeholder engagement.
Experience working in a global, matrixed organization and leading cross-functional initiatives.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Passion for mentoring and developing talent in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Data-driven decision-making and a bias for action.
