The role
We are building a best-in-class HR Technology landscape to support the future of the Ice Cream Company.
This role acts as the functional and technical expert for VNDLY, our contingent workforce management platform, ensuring it is stable, compliant, and continuously optimized to support our global contingent workforce.
The role will own the end-to-end VNDLY solution, covering vendor management, contingent worker lifecycle, integrations with Workday and downstream systems, and ongoing enhancements. It plays a critical role in enabling a seamless, compliant, and scalable external workforce model across all markets.
What you'll be responsible for
This role will be responsible for the successful enablement of a standalone Ice Cream company with a best-in-class HR Technology landscape. The role will be part of a dedicated, multi-disciplinary team led by the Ice Cream HR Technology Lead with the following responsibilities:
