The role:
As a Electrical Technician, you will help drive our goals by:
Participate in preventive maintenance program for plant equipment, machinery and related facilities; identify equipment maintenance needs; ensure accuracy of records kept.
Perform routine mechanical, electrical, or machine maintenance activities on equipment including inspection, and replacement parts; order and maintain stock used in plant equipment.
Maintain records of plant function readings and equipment history; maintain preventative maintenance records and schedules.

identify fault and Solution of problem with minimal downtime to production
Carry out diagnosis of faults, maintenance and repairs to all types of plant and equipment in a safe, timely and skilled manner and return equipment to operational service.
Estimate length of time required to complete a job and likely consequences of failure to complete work within required timescales.
Maintain preventive maintenance efficiency of critical, utility machines and Breakdown.
Work with adherence to EHS culture, 5S and Kaizen methodology to maintain workplace to a high standard.
Make full use of the computerized maintenance management system and contribution in analysis of repetitive breakdowns, frequent failure parts etc.
Development of countermeasures to prevent machine’s recurring problems in case of repetitive failures.
Implementation of Maintenance Schedule for machinery, DBs and electrical panels.
Attention to emergency call anytime whenever needed.
