Junior Psychologist - Wellness Content

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Psychologist who is genuinely interested in mental wellness, mindfulness, meditation, and holistic wellbeing.

In this role, you will work closely with the content team to develop, review, and refine wellness content across guided meditations, sleep stories, wisdom tales, breathwork, sound healing, and other wellbeing experiences. You will help ensure that the content is psychologically sound, emotionally appropriate, accessible, and aligned with the overall wellness experience.

This role is ideal for someone with a background in psychology who is also comfortable working with music, sound, and audio-based content and has a genuine interest in wellness.

Key Responsibilities
- Review wellness content from a psychological and emotional wellbeing perspective.
- Work with the content team on guided meditations, sleep stories, mindfulness content, sound healing, and other wellness experiences.
- Assess scripts for clarity, emotional sensitivity,



psychological appropriateness, tone, and overall user experience.
- Review audio content and provide feedback on voice, pacing, pauses, music, soundscapes, background tracks, and overall listening experience.
- Work with writers, voice artists, audio producers, and editors to refine content.
- Ensure wellness content is responsible, accessible, and appropriate for a general audience.
- Provide clear and actionable feedback to improve the quality and effectiveness of content.
- Help develop content guidelines and quality standards for wellness and mental wellbeing content.
- Research relevant psychological and wellness concepts to support content development.
- Maintain a content tracker and coordinate multiple pieces of content through different stages of review and production.
- Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to the overall content creation process.
