This is a hands-on automation role focused on building intelligent, scalable systems that streamline marketing, operations, and AI-enabled workflows.
You will design and maintain advanced n8n automations that connect business platforms, APIs, CRMs, communication tools, and AI services.
The role combines strong technical execution with strategic influence, giving you the opportunity to solve real business challenges through automation.
You will collaborate with digital and AI specialists to develop solutions for clients across different industries and use cases.
A key part of the position will be improving workflow performance, reliability, error handling, and maintainability as automation systems scale.
You will also contribute to establishing reusable technical standards, documentation, and automation capabilities for future projects.

Accountabilities
Build, configure, and maintain advanced n8n workflows supporting lead generation, CRM processes, email systems, marketing operations, collaboration tools, and AI integrations.
Design automation architectures using APIs, webhooks, JSON, data transformations, conditional logic, custom variables, and other n8n capabilities.
Integrate business and marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Sheets, Airtable, Slack, and Notion into reliable automated workflows.
Connect AI services and APIs, including OpenAI, Claude, and similar technologies, to create intelligent automation pipelines.
Collaborate with AI and digital teams to design and implement automation solutions for clients across multiple industries.
