Shopify Growth Manager - Shopify + SEO Experience

Gazillion is a fast-growing women's fashion brand looking for someone who can own and improve the performance of our Shopify store.

This is a high-ownership role in a lean, fast-moving startup environment where you'll work closely with the founders and directly influence revenue growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Improve website conversion rates and reduce drop-offs across the customer journey.
- Optimize product pages, collections, landing pages, navigation, and checkout experience.
- Drive organic growth through on-page SEO and website optimization.
- Manage day-to-day Shopify store operations, and promotions.
- Partner with marketing teams to improve landing page performance and ROAS.
- Analyze customer behavior, traffic, and conversion data to identify growth opportunities.

What We're Looking For:
- Hands-on experience managing Shopify stores for at least 2 years.
- Strong understanding of CRO, e-commerce customer behavior, and SEO.




- Comfortable working with GA4, Shopify Analytics, Hotjar, Clarity, or similar tools.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on experimentation and revenue impact.
- Basic understanding of Shopify themes, apps, and integrations is a plus.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
