Your New Role
Incident and problem management on infrastructure assets




Service requests relating to reporting, compliance, capacity/currency reviews, audit data requests Patching and vulnerability management
DR, Access, Logging, Backup management
Documentation and handover activities
Manage multiple stakeholders and task
Effectively manage services to ensure service stability, service risks are managed effectively, and ongoing service health maintained
Ensure external and internal policy and compliance processes are understood and followed
What Will You Bring
Basic to intermediate technical understanding of F5/ checkpoint/ Palo Alto/ other firewall
Scripting and Automation Knowledge
Flexible for 24 x 7 OnCall roster
Relevant industry certifications or equivalent experience. Preferred Checkpoint CCCS certifications
Ability to remain flexible to deliver business outcomes
