Oversee daily pickup, loading, linehaul, unloading and delivery operations:
- Ensure on-time dispatch and delivery performance:
- Monitor shipment flow and resolve operational bottlenecks
- Maintain branch productivity and service quality KPIs
- Coordinate with hub, other branches and central control tower
- Manage drivers, loaders, supervisors and admin staff:
- Plan duty rosters, shift allocation and manpower planning
- Ensure attendance, discipline and productivity of workforce
- Conduct daily briefing and performance reviews
- Handle grievances and maintain healthy workplace culture
- Ensure availability and utilization of vehicles
- Monitor vehicle maintenance, breakdown handling and fuel efficiency
- Track GPS, route adherence and vehicle productivity
- Maintain branch infrastructure,



material handling equipment and tools
- Optimize route planning and vehicle utilization
- Manage petty cash and vendor payments
- Drive cost-saving initiatives and efficiency improvements

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
