Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager - EV Charging Stations to join our team in Mangaluru and drive business development and revenue growth in the rapidly expanding EV charging infrastructure sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end sales of EV charging stations and related solutions within the assigned territory.
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with key customers, including Charge Point Operators (CPOs), real estate developers, fleet operators, government organizations, commercial establishments, and other institutional clients.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, site visits, industry contacts, and channel partnerships.




- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, potential clients, and emerging market trends.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations, business proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
- Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand requirements and recommend suitable EV charging solutions.
- Coordinate with technical, engineering, and project teams to ensure smooth execution, installation, and commissioning of projects.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and other commercial conditions with customers.
- Monitor competitor activities, market developments, and industry trends and recommend appropriate sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate sales records, sales forecasts, lead status, and pipeline updates in CRM systems.
- Ensure effective post-sales coordination and maintain robust customer relationships.
