Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee daily workflows, NAV preparation, reconciliations, and client deliverables for AIF Category II funds.




Review and finalize Daily/Monthly/Quarterly NAV calculations and investor allocation reporting.
Perform and review management fee, performance fee, equalization, series accounting, and waterfall calculations.
Ensure accurate booking of journal entries, capital activities, valuations, accruals, and financial reporting.
Review portfolio pricing and valuation in line with SEBI and IFSCA regulations.
Prepare and review investor reports, financial statements, and ad hoc client reporting.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and adherence to all service level agreements (SLAs).
Liaise directly with clients for NAV reporting, query resolution, and ongoing operational support.
Support audits, regulatory filings, process improvements, automation initiatives, and work migrations.
Lead, mentor, and develop team members while driving performance and operational excellence.
