As Digital Technology Senior Specialist - Digital operations, you will play vital role driving operational excellence across digital initiatives by participating in digital project tracking, financial oversight and product governance.
As Digital Technology Senior Specialist - Digital operations, you will be responsible for
Supporting current IT project governance model and participate in the migration to the future solution
Collaborating with ServiceNow and other stakeholders to drive CMDB data quality initiative and support application rationalization
Building and maintaining dashboards and reports to track KPIs across digital initiatives.
Ensuring data integrity and consistency across reporting systems.
Monitoring actual vs. forecasted spend and providing variance analysis.
Research and evaluate emerging technology, industry and market trends to assist in project development and/or operational support activities.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Bachelors in STEM Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with 7+ years of qualified experience in digital operations, data governance, or program management.
Have strong understanding of data relationships, normalization, and reporting best practices.
Preferred experience working with Airtable, Clarity, Excel, Power BI, ServiceNow CMDB and SharePoint.
Work independently and drive outcomes.
