The Opportunity




This is an opportunity for an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Support Consultant to join a leading, internationally focussed business in global payroll and human capital management, who are an SAP Gold Partner. Sitting within our UK and Ireland Support Services team as part of the SAP Skilled Services practice, you will provide critical AMS support to our valued payroll customers in the UK and Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
Provide application support to payroll customers through advice, guidance, and appropriate technical activities.
Manage incidents, requests and changes from external customers using the ServiceNow tool in a timely and accurate manner, using ITIL principles.
Provide functional analysis and guidance on UKI payroll processing queries.
Act as the lead for the UKI Payroll AMS team, acting as a mentor to junior colleagues, chairing the daily standup call and working alongside the management team to advise on planning and knowledge transfer activities.
