The Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) is responsible for building and maintaining solid relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth. Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
- Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Customer Support & Issue Resolution:
- Address customer issues promptly and effectively to maintain a high level of satisfaction.

- Business Growth & Retention:
- Identify opportunities for upselling,

- Strategic Planning & Reporting:
- Maintain customer databases and ensure accurate record-keeping.
