Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build outstanding products and contribute to our growth, we are looking to add an IT & Application Development Coordinator in Chennai, India.
This role will act as a bridge between business users, IT teams, and external/internal development resources to coordinate application development, automation initiatives, and AI/ML and OCR-enabled digital transformation projects
What a typical day looks like:
Collaborate with business stakeholders, domain experts, and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Coordinate application development and enhancement projects from requirement gathering through implementation and post-go-live support.
Act as the primary liaison between business users and developers to ensure solutions meet business expectations.
Support AI/ML and automation initiatives by identifying business opportunities and coordinating implementation activities.
Coordinate OCR-based digitalization projects for document processing, data extraction, and workflow automation.
Facilitate project meetings, track deliverables, manage timelines, and communicate project status updates to stakeholders.
Prepare business requirements, process maps, user stories, testing scenarios, and project documentation.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate business requirements, and coordinate issue resolution with technical teams.
Work with compliance, security, and IT governance teams to ensure organizational standards and policies are followed.
