At Angroos, you will play a key role in ensuring excellent customer experience while supporting accounting, sales coordination, and corporate gifting operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily accounting activities including billing, invoicing, payment tracking, purchase entries, sales entries, and account records.

Prepare quotations, estimates, invoices, and customer proposals.

Provide prompt and skilled responses to customer enquiries and order requests.

Coordinate with customers regarding product selection, customization requirements, approvals, payments, and delivery schedules.

Support corporate gifting projects from enquiry stage to successful order completion.

Work closely with Gift Designers, Sales Team, Packing Team, and Management to ensure smooth execution of customer orders.

Maintain customer databases, enquiry records, order tracking sheets,



and payment follow ups.

Assist in lead conversion, customer retention, and relationship management activities.

Follow up with potential customers and generate business opportunities through effective communication.

Handle administrative responsibilities and support overall office operations.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the order journey.

Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounting, Administration, Customer Service, Sales Support, Office Coordination, or related roles.

Knowledge of accounting software, billing systems, and office documentation.

Excellent communication and customer handling skills.

Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.

Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience in retail, gifting, ecommerce, hospitality, customer service, or corporate sales will
