Job Overview:
MNC Technologies is looking for a Senior Sales Manager to drive sales and partner development across South India. The role involves B2B project sales, channel development, and engagement with architects, designers, dealers, system integrators, and premium clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard AV & Home Automation partners across South India.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct regular visits to dealers, system integrators, architects, designers, developers, and premium clients.
Generate and convert leads through B2B/project sales.
Deliver sales presentations and provide solution-based consultations.
Negotiate and close high-value projects, including payment collection and post-sales coordination.
Work with Marketing on lead-generation activities.




Maintain reports on meetings, conversions, sales pipeline, and projects.
Build strong customer and partner relationships for repeat business.

Requirements
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
3–5 years of B2B / Project Sales experience, preferably in AV, Home Automation, Smart Buildings, Lighting, or Premium Products.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Own vehicle and laptop mandatory.
Willingness to travel across South India.
Experience in solution selling or technical sales will be preferred.
