Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your project management expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside team-oriented and results-driven teammates.
You'll drive the execution of projects with low criticality, ensuring alignment with contractual requirements and customer expectations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, operations, procurement), lead and coordinate project activities, and manage customer relationships to deliver outstanding results.
You’ll specifically take care of project Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Planning (QCDP)
as well as Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) performance, but also ensure that Alstom’s legal and contractual rights are protected, while identifying potential opportunities for further collaboration with customers.
We’ll look to you for:
Driving project QCDP performance and optimizing financial outcomes, including margin and cash flow
Defining project strategy in line with contract requirements, including Project Management Plan (PMP) elaboration and objective allocation
Leading and coordinating project activities and stakeholders from project transfer to close-out
Managing resources and ensuring alignment of key project stakeholders towards shared goals
Proactively identifying and managing risks, opportunities, and savings
Ensuring compliance with applicable rules, instructions, and standards, including EHS, quality, and railway safety
Managing customer and external stakeholder rel
