Job Summary
Genesys is seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team to develop strategic sales plans, and drive revenue growth for the Enterprise segment for Pan India region. The Sales Manager will be responsible for setting targets, coaching the team, managing key accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting business objectives.

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets

and motivate the sales team to improve performance
Set individual and team sales goals - track and report performance metrics
Identify recent business opportunities and expand the customer base
