As a Team Manager you will be responsible for FCP team Manager work involves to ensure the timely picking of FG as per the customer demand and packaging right quantity, VOR & critical orders with highest productivity and accuracy through optimal utilization of resources. Maintaining Equipment to improve OEE by loss elimination and ensure 100% JH activities adherence. To ensure picking of right material at right time at right qty. for Customer satisfaction.A purpose driven role for you
Your key reponsibilities will include, but not limited to: Adherence to daily Picking w.r.t Business needs & Manpower handling Productivity (Unit Picking) Absenteeism Control in FCP Ensuring Picking of VOR & New Model Parts on top priority First Fill Ratio for VOR Parts New Model Parts Service Ratio Achieve Operational Excellence by adhering the best practices of TPM and idea generation for Innovation at shop floor. Adherence to Plan (%) Training need Identification for Operators & Preparation of skill matrix, make efforts to upgrade the skill level.

Academic Qualification & Experience
B.Tech. /B.E Total – 2 - 5 Years’ experience Technical Skills/Knowledge
Ability to handle the Manpower (70~80) & Mentoring Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making. Knowledge of TPM, SAP & MS Office Knowledge of Products (2 wheeler Parts) and Processes Knowledge of Warehouse Operations Behavioural Skills
