Accountabilities/Responsibilities
As a valued member of the MGGS team, you’ll collaborate closely with colleagues to develop your skills, contribute to shared goals, and support the success of the team:
Participate in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues independently, learning from root cause analysis and incident reviews.
Diving into the unknown with an open mind, drawing on all of your expertise, to identify similarities and patterns to tackle recent and unfamiliar issues and problems.
Help monitor and support production systems and cloud infrastructure, contributing to stability and performance improvements.
Assist in designing and own the development and deployment of automated solutions across Azure and other platforms under guidance.
