Job Title: Purchase Executive

Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹35,000 per month (Based on Experience)

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Procure industrial machinery spare parts, valves, pipes, flanges, round bars, bearings, fasteners, and other engineering materials.
- Purchase consumables and production-related materials as per departmental requirements.
- Source new suppliers and maintain strong relationships with existing vendors.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, negotiate commercial terms, and issue purchase orders.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials to support uninterrupted production.
- Prepare and maintain purchase documents, including Quotations, Purchase Orders (PO), Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), and invoices.
- Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with production, stores, quality, and accounts departments for smooth procurement activities.
- Track pending purchase orders and follow up with suppliers for timely deliveries.




- Prepare procurement reports and maintain records using MS Excel.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline (Mechanical, Commerce, or Supply Chain background preferred).
- 2-5 years of experience in Purchase, Procurement, or Supply Chain within a manufacturing or engineering company.
- Good knowledge of industrial machinery parts and engineering consumables.
- Experience in vendor management and procurement processes.
