Responsibilities:
Develop and implement ServiceNow ITSM and HRSD solutions to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency within the Oil and Gas domain.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable and sustainable ServiceNow configurations.
Optimize existing ServiceNow modules to ensure alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting and resolving ServiceNow-related issues to maintain system reliability and performance.
Design and execute ServiceNow integrations with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.
Conduct regular system audits and performance assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary enhancements.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for ServiceNow configurations workflows and processes to support knowledge sharing and future scalability.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards while implementing ServiceNow solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement using ServiceNow capabilities.
Monitor and analyze system usage to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing ServiceNow performance.
Train and mentor team members on ServiceNow functionalities and best practices to foster a culture of continuous learning.
Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features and Oil and Gas industry trends to ensure solutions remain cutting-edge and relevant.
