KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act as Compensation Business Partner for critical business units, providing strategic guidance on pay decisions, workforce planning, and talent retention.
Drive BU incentive programs and ensure alignment with pay-for-performance philosophy and overall business objectives.
Partner with HR and business leaders on performance management interlock to link rewards to outcomes and performance metrics.
Lead equity program design and execution, including Long-Term Incentives (LTI), stock options, and other retention frameworks.
Develop, implement, and govern C&B; policies and programs, ensuring clarity, compliance, and alignment with organizational strategy.
Manage vendors and partners for surveys, perks administration, and rewards platforms, including C&B; automation initiatives.
Ensure regulatory compliance, reporting, and governance, mitigating risk across all reward programs.
Drive employee communication and education initiatives to ensure understanding and engagement with Total Rewards programs.
